Abstract

ABSTRACT In this era of globalization, there have been many cafes that have sprung up in all countries, such as in Indonesia especially in Surabaya, we have found many cafes everywhere. The words cafe comes from French which means coffee drinks, over time the cafe not only provides coffee but also provides foods such as snacks, appetizers, main course until the desserts. Karah Coffee Rolag Surabaya is a place of this research. The purpose of this study is to find out how much service quality, price, and location influence on customer satisfaction.This type of research is quantitative research. The study population was consumers of Karah Kopi Rolag Surabaya. While the sample of 100 respondents using the non-probability method (non-random sampling) and data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the quality of service, price, and location have a strong related influence on consumer satisfaction in Rolag Kopi Karah Surabaya. Based on the conclusion, it is expected that Rolag Kopi Karah Surabaya can further increase the variable Service Quality, Price, and Location of Consumer Satisfaction in order to maintain both consumers and customers.Keywords: service quality, price, location, and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in prices and product variants in purchasing decisions at Tji Tong and AMK. Quantitative research methods with survey questionnaires as instruments. The consumer research population once bought Tong Tji and AMK in Surabaya. The research sample used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique of 96 respondents. The data analysis technique used to answer hypotheses is the independent sample t test.The results showed that the independent variables, namely price and product variants, had differences in the dependent variable in purchasing decisions. The significant value of the price variable is 0.003 and the significant value of the product variant variable is 0.009 and the dependent variable is the purchase decision has a significant value of 0.007. All significant value variables smaller than 0.05 mean that the independent price variables and product variants have differences in purchasing decisions at Tong Tji and AMK.Keywords : Comparative Analysis,price,TongTji product variants,AMK.

Abstract

Abstrack The bussiness world is growing rapidly everyday. This situation make the enterpreneurs doing varrious efforts to create a superior product to make consumers buy their products. The entrepreneurs need the right strategy to create a product with a good quality and different with the products from their competitors. The aims of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality, product design, and brand image on purcase decision of Exsport bag in Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitaive. The data was collected by quesionnare. The population in this research is consumers which have bought the Exsport bags in Surabaya. The sample that used is non probability sampling methods with purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 96 respondents. The data analysis methods used is multiple regression anaylsis, t test, adn F test.The result of this research shows that all the independent variabels that are product quality, product design, and brand image both partially and simultanously are having a positive and significanly on the dependent variable that is purcase decision. Keywords : Product Quality, Product Design, Brand Image, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (Board of Director’s Size and Managerial Ownership), and Company Size toward Tax Avoidance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Surabaya and Sidoarjo in 2017-2019 period.The sampling technique was purposive sampling in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Therefore, 11 companies were obtained and it gained 33 samples of observational data during three years of research period. Multiple linear regression method analysis is used to analyze these data.Hence, the feasibility of the study model has shown that Tax Avoidance was significantly influenced by the Board of Directors, Managerial Ownership, and Company Size. This showed that the independent variable is able to explain the diversity of Tax Avoidance. Afterward, the result of hypothesis testing proved that; 1) Board of Directors’ Size has a positive and significant effect on Tax Avoidance; 2) Managerial Ownership has a positive and significant effect on Tax Avoidance; 3) Company Size has no significant effect on Tax Avoidance.  According to the authors, it is because of companies that have been registered and had legal standing. They have an obligation to pay taxes based on the company’s proportion.Based on the research model has been proposed by the author. It indicated the variation of Tax Avoidance variables can be explained together with by Board Directors size’ ratio, Managerial Ownership, and Company Size variables in the amount of 26,5%. Whereas, its remaining in the amount of 73,5% was influenced by variables outside the research, for instance; Leverage variables, Liquidity, CSR and etc.Keywords : Board of Directors Size, Managerial Ownership, Company Size, Tax Avoidance

Abstract

ABSTRAK It requires the proper management ability to see opportunities in the future. Hence, it is essential to take into account all the factors associated with cost, volume, and selling price. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the break-even point and the margin of safety in planning profits at UD. Budi Jaya Makmur. If the break-even point value and the value of the margin of safety are high, then the company is in good condition, or it will be easier to relate to its efforts to generate profits. However, when break-even point values and the value of the margin of safety in lousy, these values will apply otherwise.This research used quantitative methods that the data analysis performed by measuring the pattern of cost and sales volume development using time series analysis; break-even points analysis and margin of safety. The data supported by company data collected such as cost and sales data which had previously classified as cost and contribution distribution.The analysis shows that the break-even point value for 2020 is Rp.168,410,338 and for 2021 it’s Rp.172,961,248. The margin of safety for 2020 is 52.75%, and for 2021 it’s 53.23%, this means that if the actual sales of Kerupuk Terasi from UD. Budi Jaya Makmur are less than 52.75% in 2020 and 53.23% in 2021 from planned sales, the company will suffer losses. The profit margin is set at 20% so the company must reach sales of Rp.356,412,200 in 2020 and Rp.369,825,380 in 2021. Keyword : Forecasting, Break Even Analysis, Margin of Safety.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Lately, more and more teenagers are doing outdoor activities or activities that are identical with adventure in the wild which has become a new lifestyle behind the glitter of technology in modern times. To be able to attract consumer buying interest, companies must strive to improve and maintain product quality with an appropriate selling price offset, and be able to answer the needs and desires of consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, and lifestyle on the purchasing decisions of Consina brand products at the Dharmahusada Store in Surabaya. The population in this study are consumers who have purchased Consina brand products at the Dharahusada Store in Surabaya. This study uses a purposive sampling technique to determine respondents as many as 100 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the quality of products, brand image, and lifestyle silmutan influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

AbstractThe importance of cash management to manage effectively and efficientlyshort-term cash flows and existing cooperative cash balances by first looking at cash inflows and cash outflows,cashinflowsandcashoutflowswilloccurcontinuouslythroughoutthecooperative's lifetime. If the availability of cash is less then the cooperative cannot be optimal in carrying out its operational activities, whereas if the cooperative has excess cash it is also not good in its operational activities. Cash management is measured by analyzing cash inflows and cash outflows. This study aims to describe the analysis of cash management of liquidity in the Koperasi Agribisnis Dana Mulya Pacet. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. While the object of this research is the financial statements of the Koperasi Agribisnis Dana Mulya Pacet, located on Jl. Raya Pacet No. 5, Desa Pacet , Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Mojokerto. The results revealed that based on an analysis of cash management is quite good, followed by the acquisition of liquidity which is still low and fluctuating every year in the cooperative. The decrease in the liquidity ratio is due to an increase in debt every year.To solve this problem, it is expected that the cooperative will pay more attention to the cash flow and lower the amount of debt so that the management of cash can bemaintained. Keywords :Cash Management, Liquidity

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of the business world in Indonesia is increasingly increasing, as evidenced by the increasing number of companies that stand and move in various businesses, including culinary businesses such as the Warung Asela business that is mushrooming every year. Store Atmosphere is one of the determining factors in the price of customer satisfaction. This study tries to explain the effect of store atmosphere and price on consumer satisfaction at Warung Asela Sampang RegencyThis researcher uses a quantitative method with survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study are consumers who have been to Warung Asela Sampang Regency. The sample of this study used a non-probability method (non-random sampling) using a purposive sampling technique totaling 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that all independent variables namely store atmosphere and price have a positive influence on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction. Keywords: store atmosphere, price and customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneurship Motivation Variables on Entrepreneurial Success simultaneously, partially and as the dominant variabel. The method used in this research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used are by distributing questionnaires. Young people who have received entrepreneurship courses while studiying, while the number is not known with certainty. The number of sampels obtained as many as 100 people. This research produces (1.) simultaneously the variables of entrepreneurship education (X1) and entrepreneurial motivation (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant on Entrepreneurial interest (Y) (2.) Partially shows that entrepreneurship education has a positive but not significant effect on entrepreneurial success (3.) entrepreneurial motivation variable also has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial success.Keyword :  entrepreneurship education, motivation and entrepreneurial success

Abstract

Abstract The reserach method used is quantitative research with comparative types. Comparative research is research that is used to compare two or more groups of a particular variable. By using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This study aims to determine differences in service quality and consumer trust in consumer satisfaction at J&T Express and JNE. The population in this study are all consumer who use J&T Express and JNE shipping services. The sample in this study was that consumers in J&T Express and JNE totaled 100 people, divided into two groups, namely J&T Express 50 respondents and JNE 50 respondents.The results showed that there were differences in service quality and consumer trust in consumer satisfaction at J&T Express and JNE. On the variable service quality get positive and significant results so that there are differences. In the variable consumer trust gets positive and significant results so that there are differences.
